Atefeh Laleh was born in Tehran to a creative family. Her mother was a fashion designer and painter, inspiring her eye for design. While living in Tehran, Laleh became immersed in designing traditional Persian wedding ceremonies for various local clients.

Our expertise and experience
it was after her immigration to the United States that she took her creativity to the next level. She spent five years working as a professional florist and bridal event decorator, spending her free time studying fashion illustration and hat couture. In 2017, she decided to pursue millinery as an entrepreneurial endeavor, and sought to learn everything she could about the craft. She studied costume design, millinery, theatrical and accessory design at various institutions around the world, including the University of Central Florida, British School of Millinery, and the Hand & Lock School of Embroidery. Under the teachings of world-famous milliners, Louise Macdonald and Tracy Chaplain, Laleh was able to adjust quickly to the world of hat making.
